My mouse scratches herself, she also scratches a lot around the ear that it is starts to bleed! It doesn't really drip down but it is super red! I'm sure that is blood. My dad doesn't really want to spend money on vet visits for my mice (smh) I will try to convince him if there isn't anything I could do, and speaking of that is there anything I could do? I'm really worried, she has a cage mate, and they don't fight, so I don't think it isn't because of her friend. Should I seperate them? They live in a 20 gallon tank.
I'm afraid it could be some rash or nervous reaction. One of her friends did pass away recently...
EDIT: I've tried checking for mites, lice, or nay bugs, can't seem to find any. How small are they?
