Reddish poop, sensitive ears, sneezing

My mouse just started having reddish brown poop. He's also sneezing and has been scratching a lot behind his ears and around his neck. Fur looks a little rougher there. Still eating and drinking and hyper but am worried something is wrong. Looked for mites didn't see any but hard to see them anyway. His brother died the other day but looked like he had tumors (they lived separately). His 3 sisters seem fine. Any ideas as to what is going on and how to treat it. Thank you. Can't take another loss so soon

You wouldn't necessarily see mites. Has he been treated before? If not, it would be worth treating him just in case. Info here: https://www.petmousefanciers.com/t17-itching-hair-loss-and-parasites. There's a few other possible reasons for itching listed there too. What food are you feeding? What type of bedding are you using?
