Mouse is acting very slow

I've had my mouse Layla since August 2016 and guess she was probably born May 2016. I've noticed her being a little slower than the other two I got at the same time, the three have two other housemates that were probably born January 2017. I left for the weekend for a convention and now that I'm back, I noticed she was sleeping outside their nest by herself. (Note: one mouse was removed from the tank for bad behavior until I returned but likely has nothing to do with this). I took her out and she hardly moved in my hand. She was usually pretty active, crawling all over my hands. She feels fine, though her fur looks a little scruffier than usual, but she's letting me touch her face, which they never let me do. And they'd usually run all over my bed but now she's just sitting next to me, not moving much.
Can I assume she's just getting elderly? Is there anything I can do to tell if something is actually hurting her? She doesn't seem to be in any pain, just moving very slowly. If she's just nearing the end, I don't want her to be in pain. I watch another mouse go through a stroke before I knew what happened and it was horrifying to witness. I just want her to be ok.

Are there any other symptoms at all? Have you noticed anything like heavy breathing, sneezing, constant hunched position, or even tumors? It's possible she's getting old, but I have a 1 year old mouse that recovered from a stroke, and she's still pretty fast getting around. All mice are different though

She definitely seems to be breathing harder than the others. I just placed the troublemaker back and they're all running around sniffing each other but Layla went to sit in a corner by herself. Her bff mouse, Melon, seems to be keeping closer to her now.

Ok, hard breathing isn't a good sign. That could mean she has a URI. Do you hear any clicking noises coming from her when you get close to her? Does she go sit somewhere in a kind of hunched position and just breathe sometimes? That's what my mousie that had a URI did.

aw, poor sweetie. Her face looks tired but her ears are perky, so she doesn't look like she's in pain to me. Mice in pain will usually pin their ears back, squint their eyes, and hunch their backs.
she's not that old but that doesn't mean there isn't something going on inside that is making her sick. You can take her to the vet... But I'm not sure what they would do for her. I wish i could be more helpful! I've had lots of mice with similar symptoms and unfortunately it doesn't usually have a happy ending.
but otherwise she looks pretty good to me. She's not in any visible distress. Is she still eating/drinking? Has she lost weight?
