Darling Froggy Woggy

I didn't expect this one at all. Frog was still so lively. He didn't pass in his sleep or with me, but while running on his wheel. I can't decide how to feel about that. Happy that he enjoyed himself to the end?

I've told this story a million times, but Frog was one of the mice that were born here at the beginning of 2015. He was a tiny thing, all fur and no eyes, not yet walking but going through a fun little hoppy stage. It only lasted about a day, thankfully, because those little wiggle butts nearly leaped out of my hands more than once. He was trying to run away from me, and the way his legs were "running" looked like a little frog swimming. And so he was Frog.

He didn't run away from me forever though, he was one of the few who let me pet his cheeks. My heart is broken over you dear boy. The last of my babies. I love you and hope you find a pot of Cheerios at your rainbow. Rainbow Angel

I'm so sorry to hear about Frog. He had a good long life with you and he passed doing something that most mice love. I hope you can find some comfort in that. hugs

Awww, I'm so sorry to hear of Frog's passing. I know he was a very special boy. Very nice collage of photos of him. Thanks for sharing. Hope you are doing ok. (((Hugs)))

Another unexpected one tonight. Good grief. My little self black Bumblebee was put to sleep after I found her in her coconut. I had a feeling maybe something was wrong, and when I touched her she tensed up and started writhing around, rolling over, almost like a dog. Disturbing stuff. Sad

Awww, I'm so sorry to hear this. Gosh what a stressful time for you. How old was Bumblebee? (((Hugs)))
