Aaaah Clicking!

My new mouse (yet to be named) is clicking. Not constantly but very frequently. It sounds almost like she is grinding her teeth but she does it a LOT! My vet parents say it COULD be a repository infection but are not sure how to dose her if it is one. What do I do? I there a natural way to help her?

If it's an infection she needs antibiotics. Find a vet who can diagnose and treat a mouse. Your parents' "maybes" and "I don't knows" won't help her.
It's important to not brush this off and get her taken care of before she gets too sick.
Sometimes a new environmemt and stress can cause symptoms that clear up in a few days. Check her surroundings. Any dust or dusty bedding? Candles, air fresheners, etc can also cause irritation. Stuff like Febreeze makes me sneeze, so I can only imagine it would do to a tiny thing like a mouse.

So my Mom took some time to listen to her. She said she was pretty sure it wasn't her lungs as it wasn't in line with her breathing. Do mice grind their teeth? Is it loud? My mum said it sounded like she was grinding her teeth.
I personally think she is purring! But wonder if she is still young enough to do it...

She is very young. Purring happens in young mice, so its possible. Your mom, though maybe not a mouse savvy vet, is still a vet; I'd probably guess chattering.
