Mice arguing?
Today I saw my mice on the wheel, and they both kept getting on it, and they started sort of arguing; i heard squeaking noises and they kept arguing over the wheel. Will they start to fight aggressively? Also, one of them keeps sniffing the other ones bum and the one whose getting sniffed keeps running away and sometimes makes noises. They’re both females.

Re: Mice arguing?
Little arguments between girls is pretty normal. Especially if they’re newly introduced. Squeaking, sniffing, chasing, and mounting are all normal while they figure out who’s in charge. And just like sisters, sometimes they’ll get on each other’s nerves.
One thing to keep in mind though is groups of 3 or more female mice tend to work better than pairs. This is because the dominant mouse’s attention is more spread out, rather than just focused on one submissive mouse.
