Reducing cage odour sprays?

Hi.
I wanted to know if anyone here has successfully created some sort of natural spray that will not flare up the delicate respiratory systems of mice? I am keeping away from the 'safe' pet store ones as I know most of them have some nasty chemicals mixed in. Also, any other tips for reducing cage odour (excluding spot cleaning and not cleaning the entire cage every week)?

I would not recommend any sprays. Your best bet would probably be to invest in a good air purifier for the room they’re in.
