That would be my thought too. How is she otherwise?

Well, she's showing the normal signs of aging. Nothing sudden, just things that have gotten worse overtime like her walking, she's always walked a little funny but now she walks a lot more wobbly and weak. She still eats and drinks well though, makes the journey across the cage to the food dish several times a day. Even walks on the wheel sometimes, very slowly like a turtle but it's the fact she feels like trying to walk on it that counts lol. Today I cleaned their cage and she was walking around slowly exploring.
That picture is from 2 days ago, I gave her a yogurt drop party to spoil her with some junk food treats. I figured it's time to start spoiling her

Re: Cataracts
Even at 2½ years, how dare time try to catch up with pin-up girl Blossom!
Since it is not conclusive from the picture whether the white results from a clouding of the lens or cornea, or of the material filling the eye, I suppose it might be good to mention that the white could be reflection off the retina, indicating a lack of good red healthy blood flow there. If that is the case, and it is only present in one eye, then there could be some sort of irregular breakdown or growth impeding blood flow to that eye. If it is a white retinal reflection coming out of both eyes, then there may be a serious case of anemia at work (which could also cause weakness, wobbliness, and joint pains) -- although other normally pink or red body parts would likely also be paler or white. How's her nose?
It is up to you whether or not to refer this to veterinary attention. Some anemias result from vitamin or mineral deficiencies that can be addressed if you know how to properly measure and balance supplements, whether in food form or in medication form. Others result from breakdown of normal functioning body processes, which can just be the curse of long life. Anemia can also be a warning that there is internal bleeding taking place.
Sorry. I don't mean to sound so scary. Just all the time too much information from this registered user, eh? (Better here than forgotten, I hope.)
>kiss< >kiss< for little Blossom!
