Are red eyed mice less easy to tame?
I'm wondering if their lessened ability to see makes red eyed mice less easy to tame?

I had two red eyed white mice that I tamed fairly easily. I handled them at least twice daily, to medicate them, and after about a month they learned that I wasn’t going to eat them

I wouldn’t say so. They may be a bit more wary of movements, but I think it comes down to personality and how they were treated before they came into your hands. I know this isn’t a mouse, but I just recently lost a ruby-eyed hamster at an early age due to bad genetics, and she was the sweetest hamster I’ve ever had.
