Is something wrong with my mouse?

I posted in the other section about sexing my mice to make sure they are all girls, but I wanted to make a post here about one of my mice, Sugar.

Since I'm fairly sure she can't be pregnant, is it possible she is just fat? She does tend to eat a lot, but I feel like she has gotten really wide really fast... could there be something wrong?

I've had her for a little over a month!

Is it at all possible a wild mouse got to her? If not, it could be a tumor. I had an older girl suddenly get round, almost like she was preggo but I knew that wasn’t possible. Vet confirmed an abdominal mass with an X-ray.
