Baby Mouse

Help! I have a wild baby mouse and I don’t know what to do. Yesterday we found her in the garage and we took her in. We gave her water and offered her fruit. She was in a 5 gallon bucket with shredded newspaper. Now she is in a bin with shredded newspaper and cardboard hides. We have continued her fruit and water diet. What should I do with her? I have baby bird formula, would she be fine with that?

Baby mice need milk for their first four to five weeks. Kitten milk replacement is preferred, and goat milk is acceptable. Their digestive systems do not tolerate cow milk. Baby birds do not take milk, so I can't imagine a formula for them would nutritionally benefit a baby mouse.
I think the ink used in printing newspapers and books is not good for mice. Your little mousie will probably do better with torn up paper towel and toilet paper for bedding.
Keep in mind that, since your tiny friend is wild, its primary instinct may be to try to escape from you, especially as it becomes more able to care for itself. Therefore, be prepared for such escape attempts so you don't end up with a mouse loose, running around, chewing up walls and furniture, and pooping everywhere as it makes itself comfortable in its "new house".

I would strongly suggest taking the mouse to a wildlife rehabilitator. It is illegal to house a wild animal for a considerable amount of time/take them in as a pet without a license. Besides this, rehabilitators are trained in how to properly feed wild animals and readjust them to wild life. I understand finding a functioning rehabilitator can be difficult, especially at this time, but it would be your mouse's best shot at life.
