I don't know enough to help you but I'd get them to a vet as soon as possible, it looks like an eye infection. There's a little info in the "Health Packet" sticky form that you might be able to use in the meantime, it's at the top of the mouse health section.

Oh goodness! It looks like a rather severe case of conjunctivitis. The red isn't blood, it's porphyrin (the mousey equivalent of your eye boogers, basically), so I'd recommend taking some saline and gentle dampening that to see if you can get some of it off. Keep the eyes clean. If you have terramycin on hand I'd use that until you can have her seen by a vet.
