Easy Paper Towel Treat Toys!
These simple paper towel treat toys are very quick to make, only require a few materials, and are fun for your mouse to tear apart! Let's get started!
What you will need:
- Plain paper towels
- Your mouse's favorite treats/ other things to stuff inside (newspaper strips, plain tissues, etc.)
Steps:
1) Fold one rectangular paper towel in half and cut into 2 equal-sized squares
2) Place your treats/ filing of choice on top of one of the squares
3) Place other square on top of square that had the filling/treats on it (aka. sandwich the filling between paper towels)
4) Place more treats/filling on top of that papertowel
5) Place your layers of treats and paper towels to the side. Cut out 3 thin strips of paper towel
6) Braid the 3 strips together
7) Bunch up the top of your paper towel/treat sandwich at the top and tie the braided paper towel strip around it to hold it in place
Then, let your mouse enjoy!

Thanks! I either use that or cardboard strips when I can't find Hemp string. But I finally found some at Walmart so it should make creating mouse toys a little bit easier!
