Loss Weight

I want ask you about loss weight. One of my girl Ma'at was loss weight and I put her nurse cage with Sothis. I am worried why she become loss weight. I am waiting too long to see if she is eating, but she was little eat by bread. She have no sign illness or cancer. What's cause?

The thing with mice is, as prey animals, they tend to hide signs of illness until it gets really bad. There's really no way for us to guess what could be causing the weight loss, but it's great that you were monitoring their weight! It's often one of the first signs that something's wrong. I think a trip to the vet is the only way you'll be able to get to the bottom of it though. Good luck.

A drop in weight is a pretty clear indicator that something is wrong. All of my girls dropped in weight before they passed, even though some of them died of different things (cancer versus tapeworm). Hopefully the vet can find something.

Thank for everything. Ma'at is little improve get better and start eating. Vet saying Ma'at is must be don't feel good as sick. But give me some med just baytail see if help her. She is did get well ahead with her sister's ear infection in nurse cage.
