It seems Bubby mouse, the black one, is getting very dominant. She's the only one who tries to mount the rest, she sleeps apart from the rest, and seems to sort of scare them. I don't want to get rid of her but is there a way I can make her not as aggressive?

If she's not drawing blood, there's no problem. A lot of the time their behavior can seem "mean" to us humans, but to mice its perfectly normal. One mouse will be in charge (the alpha), and she'll have a second (a beta), and most here usually recommend a minimum of 3 girls because the third will usually take a peacekeeper role.

My Seren was a very tough alpha until she became ill, so I know how "mean" they can appear to be. Hazel has a kinder rule.

I'm with Calla. No blood, no problem. No need to split up a family just because their behavior seems unruly!

Alright then, that will be that. And, just in case something goes wrong and there IS blood, what would I do in that situation?

You would move the aggressor to her own tank for a while. A sort of time out. Then you could try reintroducing to the whole group again or just one of the other girls she got along with if it continues to go bad. There's info on introductions here: https://petmousefanciers.forumotion.com/t39-introducing-mice.
