Hi, I'm Braelyn! (Though most people online just call me Cactus.) After a few years of not really being able to get back into forums, I've found myself lurking on this one almost every day. So, finally time to come out of the corner and start posting!

Here's an obligatory pic of my girls since I know what you all probably want to see from the start:

(From left to right, starting with the one on top: Potato, Cheese, Cookie, Peach, Sashimi.) (Can you tell I'm a little obsessed with food-based names?)

Though I should say "our" girls, because they belong to me and my boyfriend. He loves them just as much as I do. (But they're my girls!)

Anyway, I'm excited to be a part of this community and start sharing some of my own mousy pictures and adventures to make up for all of the time I've spent just looking at pictures of all of yours! Smile

I'm right there with you! I love cactus and succulents! A couple of my succulents have been blooming, I will have to take a photo of them and post them on Member's Lounge tomorrow. Love

A third cactus fan here! I name all my plants, actually. I have a cactus named Bowie -- housed with a succulent named Mercury. Oops?

Yes, yes! Please share. Several of my plants got taken out a few years ago, and I'm slooowly stocking back up. It's hard to do with so many shamrock plants hogging the limited space I have near south facing windows. Laughing

They spend the summer outside and then take over my kitchen in the winter.

I recently adopted a new cactus, but between my cats and the glued-on flowers... I'm not holding my breath.

I name my plants too. I'm not that creative about it, though. Two of them are named Phil1 and Phil2. Giggling
