Has the chatbox been turned off or is it just not working for me? I've been checking for a few days now and nothing.

For me it doesn't work on mobile devices. It worked at first on my tablet, but has stopped working. I have to be on a desktop to see it.

I am on my phone, as always. It worked before. Maybe I need to clear my cache? EDIT: Didn't work.

That's strange! It works for me on mobile devices.

I just wondered if it was working for you yet. Their website suggests clearing the cache and using a modern browser. I don't know why else it would just stop working for some people. lol

Nope, doesn't work unfortunately. My browser's up to date and I clear my cache every so often... not sure why there is a number there.

Oh, I know this one! You clicked the x. Click on the white to open it in a new page and then click back to the forum. You might have to do it a couple times, but that's what worked for me when I clicked the x. The number is the number of people online. lol If that doesn't work I'll try refreshing the widget from my end.
