I have a Runt??

So, I got Jam on January 1st, which means she has been here for about a month. She hasn't grown much since I got her, and is still super tiny. Is she a runt?

Potentially, yes. It isn't unheard of! They are more susceptible to food allergies and maybe other illnesses, though, so keep an eye out.

How much does she weigh? Is she really small? It's possible she was fully grown already when you got her. Some mice just stay small though. I had a mouse that was just barely 20 grams her whole life! She lived an average lifespan though, 1.5 years, so I wouldn't worry too much!

Hard to say for sure. When I got Dandelion, she stayed around 20g for a while, but now shes 40g. So no way to say for sure until you've had her longer!
