She looks pregnant, start preparing for babies! Here's a great link to our Breeding Packet with tons of helpful information for pregnant and nursing mice and raising babies.

Is she living with another mouse? I would separate until after babies are weaned and double check that it's a female.

How did she get pregnant?there was only 1 female cagemate... I did see another mouse last week but I caught it..

Double check that the mouse she's with IS definitely female. Unless you've sexed her yourself and are 100% certain of what you're doing, there's a chance it's a male. She's going to be able to get pregnant again right after birth, so either separate or make sure that Mom is being housed with a female.
A half-wild litter is possible if the mouse could get to your girl, but it's unlikely if they're in a tank. If that's the case keep an eye on your other mouse for pregnancy, too.
The last possibility is that she got pregnant before you brought her home, but mice are only pregnant for 21 days so if you've had her a week longer than that it's also unlikely.
