Apparently 4 mice do indeed fit in a 4" fleece hammock!

Awwwwww! That face! Don't worry, the names will come to you. Have you considered marking the bases of their tails with a different sharpie color while you're still learning to tell them apart? Eventually it'll just come naturally to you, but it might help while you're learning. Not sure how well it'll work with self blacks, but if their tails are pink enough, it could.

Your girls are lovely, and those are great pictures! A majority of my mice have been either self black or brindle. Love them both. 
I currently have two self black sisters. HoneyBee is a bit smaller and has more white hairs mixed into her coat, but I have to look really close to notice! lol I hope you'll discover some differences soon... I can't wait to hear names.

I have a self black girl as well! She looks more like the one in the very last picture, only with scarcer fur around the face. That cage set-up is adorable!!
Names will come to you, and I'm sure telling them apart will as well. Is there a size difference, face-fur difference, anything? They're hard to find, but eventually you'll probably see some.

Aaw they look so sweet in the hammock. I have a self black girl too. My favourite thing about black mice is they seem to look extra shiny.

Well, one has about a centimeter of white on her tail tip. Another has an all black tail. I think there are two actually with tiny white tail tips. There are slight facial differences but nothing obvious for me to use quite yet - hopefully over time I will be able to. Using tail tips is difficult when they aren't always visible...
I have been putting my hand in to see where they are at taming-wise. Got one test nibble but otherwise just some sniffing. The one with the white on her tail put her little paws on me. No one seems particularly afraid, though I have only had three out and about at once during "hand visits" thus far.

So beautiful! I've had a few broken blacks but only one self-black, Tosca; however, she wasn't as deeply ebony as your girls -- in certain lights, she would look almost a very dark brown.
