Tail Rattling
Hi, recently I've noticed both of my female mice "rattling" their tails very often. I havent noticed any changes otherwise and quite frankly I'm concerned. These two particular mice seem to get along and they have been in the same tank this whole time. Is this a sign of stress? My roommates does have a kitten although he is rarely allowed in my room with them, maybe because the kitten is growing into a cat they are more nervous? I don't know what could be causing them to do this. Does anyone know if this is common? Or if I can do anything to stop it?

Re: Tail Rattling
My girls occasionally do this as a defense mechanism. One of my girls did this every time I entered the cage, but after a while she got used to me and didn’t see me as a threat any more. It’s more a thing that just comes with taming
If it’s just random rattling, I’m not too sure.
