Are poppy seeds safe?

Just brought a mix of seeds to givey boys, I know the rest are safe for mouse use, but I'm a little unsure on the poppy seeds!

Hello!
I’m actually not finding too much clarifying info on this! With hamsters, it’s safe, but for rats it isn’t, and with mice I don’t get any info on it.
I’d steer clear; I’m not sure how tolerant mice are to opium and I don’t think I’d want to try!
