Strange object from penis

Well, my mouse is doing better, he is walking around, eati g baby food unassisted, and is generally a lot perkier.
However, I noticed him struggling a little, I assumed it was from pooping as he had been very dehydrated, however, I noticed it was coming from his penis. It is kinda rubbery, white and pretty large.
He has been peeing seemingly fine. Just a little concerned again haha
