Mouse feeding help

Hello! I was wondering about feeding my mice.

Right now, I feed them every day, but do some of you feed them every other day?

Also, how long can I leave my mice home on vacation with extra food and such?

Hello!

I personally only feed my mice when all their food is gone so I know their diet is balanced. Smile

If you’re out for a day or two you can feed a bit more in advance, but I wouldn’t go any longer than that without a pet sitter to change the water and give more food.

Thanks for the reply! Do you think they will be fine without food for 3 days? I can leave extra, change the bedding before I leave, wash the water bottle thoroughly, and scatter feed some pellets. I can't find a pet sitter right now, most of them don't want to because of COVID.
