wheel size
My mouse is new to me. I have two wheels and put them both in has tank to let him choose the size. But he spends all his time on a wheel that seems way to big for him and ignores the smaller one. I don't know whether to buy a smaller one and take the bigger one out or let him keep using what he has shown a preference for.

Re: wheel size
When it comes to wheels, bigger is always better. As long as the mouse can make it turn it's not too big. I would leave him the big one and take out the small ones.

Re: wheel size
Would you recommend a 9, 10, or 12 inch wheel for a mouse. My males are outgrowing their 6.5 and I want to upgrade.

Re: wheel size
I would go as big as you can. As long as the wheel is easy to spin there’s no such thing as a wheel that’s too big. Generally the minimum is 8”, but I recommend closer to 10” to prevent wheel tail.
