Dig "bag" instead of box? Empty Dig "bag" instead of box?

So I have a ferret cube hammock that is 9x9x12 inches. It has a round opening(maybe 4 inch diameter) on one side. I was wondering if you could hang it so that the opening is facing up, fill it with material that you would put in a dig box, and use it as a dig "bag"?
It looks like this:

That sounds like a fun idea! My mice haven't utilized digging boxes in the past, but I bet they'd find it a cozy spot to nap if filled with fleece. Razz

Depending on what material you use to fill it, it could be tricky to get clean.
