Mouse biting Empty Mouse biting

I've had my mouse Sesame for about 5 months, and during that time, it's not like she's been overly friendly, but she did used to climb on my hand- sometimes- whenever I put it in the cage. But now when I put my hand in the cage, the other 2 mice act the same as always, but Sesame dashes into the hide. Then she runs out, chomps my hand, and sprints back into the hide. She never used to act like this. Does anyone know why my mouse might be doing this? And what I can do to fix it?
