Can anyone tell me if there is a name for this unusual pattern?

this looks like banded, broken banded, or variegated, combined with roan or merle!

From the looks of it, heavily marked roan. The spotting markings is hard to say for sure because if it's something like banded or dutch, it's poorly marked so you can't really say anything for sure in that regards.
