Lost how to add photos.. Empty Lost how to add photos..

Little help please, maybe my phone has made it not work or something, but I've lost the little toolbar (I think there was a toolbar???) that has the insert picture option and can't now work out how to add cute photos of Colin :-(
Maybe I'm being super stupid...but I don't think I am...

Nope... Not anymore...I've lost it somehow :-(
Will check on my computer later but I use the computer version of the website on my phone too...but no...no helpful photo adding button...its run away :-(

Huh...how odd.  I come to my computer and the toolbar is very happily sat there waiting for me.  Must be my phone's browser or something!

Weird... do you see the other buttons? YouTube, font color... or are they all missing?

They're all missing from my phone...I just see a nice text box to type in and nothing else!
