I found this cute little shop on eBay that sells dried, organic foods for hermit crabs (but most of the foods are safe for mice too). It's called "Hugs for Hermits". The prices are pretty reasonable as well. So, I thought that I would share! Here is the link:

I think that I will buy the dried bananas, and possibly some of the other dried fruits/veggies as well because my previous attempt to dry bananas in the oven kind of failed Laughing
