Biodegradable Planters? Empty Biodegradable Planters?

Anyone ever use these for mice? Just thought of them, maybe they'll be fun!

There are a lot of kinds but the ones I'm thinking of are wood pulp/fiber and/or peat moss.

Biodegradable Planters? Empty Re: Biodegradable Planters?

It would depend on whether they ingested too much of the pot or not. If they decided to eat it one night it could be potentially dangerous. But if your babies are not massive chewers then it could be a fun idea. Terracotta plants pots are a safer option just because they can't ingest the terracotta. But maybe do some research just to find out what is in the bio-pots and whether the materials are okay for mice.

Good luck and please let me know if these are safe as it is a neat idea Smile
