Sick mouse?

My mouse keeps making this sound almost constantly (about every four seconds). I’m a mouse newbie so I don’t know what this is. I thought it was a uri so I took her to the petsmart vet care and they put her on antibiotics for 3 days. (I know, petsmart has mill mice and they’re always sick but I just couldn’t resist getting this sweetie) I’m wondering if she’s still sick... I can take her to a better vet if necessary. I’m just worried about her
