Baby food
This might seem like a strange question, but is it okay to give mice baby food once in a while? It's a good way to add extra nutrients and variety for hamsters, which is why I'm wondering if it's also okay for my mice?
If it's safe for them, how often can I give it to them?
Thank you in advance!

Re: Baby food
Some baby foods have things like onion powder or garlic added, avoid those. But in general the ones with just safe fruits and/or veggies or meats are fine. Just be sure to double check the ingredients.
You can give them as often as you would give fresh veg. Which is to say you could give it daily, provided it’s in small amounts and not keeping them from eating their base food. Fresh veg/fruits should be offered at least twice a week. Add things slowly. Watch for reactions. Too much too soon can result in diarrhea.
