20G tank topper?

Does anyone know if they make 20gallon tank toppers? I am not getting back into mice just yet, but something else has caught my interest and this would be the appropriate size and shape if I can find one! I figured there was no better place to ask.

The bar spacing would be too big anyhow but you get the point (or maybe you could get one custom made?)
Surprisingly I can't find any commercial 20g tank toppers...
I think just going with a plain 20g or a bin cage would be your best bet. But, if you don't care about price, I would say go for it I personally have a 50g bin cage and it's plenty big enough for 4 girls (although access would be hard without a front door.... I just pulled the door off their old mesh cage and zip tied it to the bin)
