Oxbow Essentials Dry Rat Food has a protein content of 15%. It contains no corn. Would this be appropriate for my mice? (I supplement three times each week with veggies and some fruit.) They come from a breeder who breeds mice only for pets and shows - they're not feeder mice.

Hello!

I use this pellet as a base with my girls and they really enjoy it. I also recommend sprinkling in a bit of bird seed or a homemade mix for added variety.

Overall, if you know the breeder is a really good ethical one you can always ask them what they feed or suggest feeding Smile
