I mean, your other mice all have black eyes, right? Black eyes in mice look the same across the board for the most part. If she doesn't look like them, she's not a BEW.

Even though her eyes are not as light some others, she is still considered a PEW, pink eyed white mouse. Her eyes are definitely not black or brown, and her eyes are too light to be considered ruby.
She is beautiful and her eyes are a lovely shade of red, but they are still considered "pink"

I have four little white girls with black eyes. The only thing is, I can't tell who is who. I just go by their personalities. I named them for the women wrestlers on WWE (hubby likes to watch). Nikki seems to be the one in charge. Then, there's Charlotte, Sasha, and Bree.

Maybe because when compared to ruby eyes they don't seem quite so red?
I agree, definitely a pretty PEW.
