Fighting versus squabbling? Empty Fighting versus squabbling?

I am about to introduce my mouse children that I raised by hand to a pet shop mouse companion. Is there a way to tell whether they are squabbling or whether they are fighting for real before any blood is drawn?

I’ve been reading about the protocols for introduction on neutral territory etc. I just want to be as prepared as possible when the day comes
