A mouse horror story (not serious)

It was a normal day with the mice. They were running around and exploring my bed during playtime. I was sitting down and the mice were on my lap. I spotted a small piece of poop on my bed. I did not want to get up and disturb them, so I decided I would keep them out for a few more minutes and them clean the poop up. A few minutes went by, and the mice went back in their cage and I picked up their toys. I went to clean up the poop... and I couldn't find it. I searched and searched, but there was no poop to be found. Did I clean it up already? Did it get swept onto the floor?
So here I lay, late at night... wondering... waiting to feel it between my toes.
I hope this made someone laugh! I had the mice to play and lost one of their poops, and this is what I was narrating in my head, lol.

Yikes! lol I woke up with mouse poop this morning. One must have pooped when they scurried up my arm when I checked on them before bed.

I've found mouse poos in all kinds of strange places. Weirdest was probably inside my underwear...... I still have no idea how that one happened.

April spent so much time inside my shirt that I would always wear a "between" layer, so the little poos would stay between the tucked-in easy-to-wash "between" layer and the easy-to-wash "me" layer, and stay away from the more valuable work blouse, work sweater, or souvenir sweatshirt.
Sometimes I'd wear one of my rayon-blend cowl neck tunics, and April loved to sleep in the cowls. A perfect hammock, I guess. She seemed to know, though, that it was not the place to leave her little pips.
