My babies are here!

Meet the momma, Eva. She had 8 babies, two of which were females... so I brought them both home! Here's a picture of when she was really, really pregnant. And her first picture at home Smile

She is a wonderful hammie. She is friendly and laid back, and will easily jump on my hand.

This is Sprout. She is super sweet and curious. She was easily jump on my hand.

And I'm still working on a name for this one. Maybe Sprite, Chompers, or Nibbler. This one is super grouchy and every time I try to pet her, she tries to box at me. She doesn't try to bite or anything, she is jest letting me know that she isn't interested right now. I love when dwarfies do this. Honeybun used to do this, so it delights me to have another hammie that does this. I once tried to give Honebun a kiss and she must have disapproved of my breath, because she slapped me in face. So f She'll come around but for now I'm really enjoying the grump.

So there they are. I love them all. I'm glad I took all three, it's super cute watching them snuggle and play. It was a rare opportunity to get a momma and two babies from a rescue, where I already knew they were sweet. And they were delivered to me from Indiana to my doorstep in Michigan. I'm sure there will be a lot more pictures to come.
