Where Did the TFM Mouse Care Information Go?

I really wanted to take a look at it, but it seems to have vanished. I'm really upset about it. 
I hope this was just an error and it isn't gone for good!

The stickies were moved to the top of each section they fit into. It had been noticed that many new members were missing them when they were at the top of the forum main page, so hopefully they're more noticeable in their new locations.
