Are these carbon things safe?
I've seen a lot of Youtubers mention these for smell when talking about mice and rats, but I've seen no mention of them here... Would these be safe: https://www.walmart.com/ip/26990284?wmlspartner=wlpa&adid=22222222227018417950&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=59969417192&wl4=pla-122980725152&wl5=9031863&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla_multichannel&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=26990284&wl13=&veh=sem

Yes, they are safe but I'm afraid they also don't really do much. I think they are a waste of money. The only thing that really helps with odor, other than keeping things clean, is an air purifier. They make some really inexpensive ones now for small rooms, around $30.00-40.00 I believe.

I looked on Amazon once for purifiers, but all the ones I was finding were anywhere from $200 to $800! Do you have any suggestions of any that work and are well priced?

This is the one I use in my critter room. It's not magic but is the best thing I've tried and I think it's beneficial for the critters because with all the tanks and all the bedding, the is a lot of dust in that room
