Snuggles With Little Jack

Hello! My old boy Balthazar passed in the summer and I was thinking it was time to take in a new mousie. Kijiji had no mice and I went to the pet store and encountered one extremely fearful boy in urine-soaked bedding... so I decided to take in a little feeder mouse instead. He's approximately 2.5 weeks. He's on a diet of double-diluted kmr every 3-4 hours and has sugarless baby cereal mixed with his formula and seed mix available in his 20 gal long tank.
I know taking them so young from mum is detrimental and I'm not really "saving" a feeder by exchanging money for one, but I convinced myself I didn't want this little guy to be food.

Got some cute pics of Little Jack! Here he is lying on my hand after a feeding but before I gave him a good cleaning. And then I got a pic of him today after learning he's gone from 9 to 10g! So proud of my little man.
