Pumpkin Pie

I'm sad to say that my big boy Pumpkin has crossed the rainbow bridge. He was ~1.5 years and was struggling to breathe, so we made the decision to have him put to rest so that he wouldn't have to struggle anymore.
He was my first ever male mouse, and while he wasn't super tame I still loved him a lot. He was an "oops" at an all-female Petsmart, and was put up for adoption after impregnating another mouse in transit. I saw him in the store for a few months before I finally caved and adopted him. He was a big, round orange boy, a perfect Pumpkin in every way, any other name wouldn't have fit him. He's dearly missed, but I hope he finds endless fields of shredded paper and pumpkin seeds where he is now.
