2 Boys love sleeping in contact
Hello. I have two boys (Brothers) that absolutely love to sleep touch each other but since they are boys they have to be separate to prevent fighting. They are put together under supervision and in a neutral site and they typically cuddle and clean each other but when put together for housing they tend to fight. Is there any cage(s) set up that could allow contact for sleeping together but still keep them separate enough to prevent fighting?

In every case where I've had young boys, I eventually had to separate them. They will sleep together to stay warm. It's not necessarily a sign of affection, though.
But, to answer your question, I don't see how they can sleep together and be separated the rest of the time. You may want to read the discussions on here about split cages, though.
If you really don't want to separate them, look up discussions about neutering males. There is no guarantee the aggression will stop. But, if it does, then its worth it to save their relationship.
If not, once they are neutered, you can get them each a few females to snuggle up with instead. I think the ideal ratio is 2-3 females to 1 male.
Neutering procedures in the Chicago area run about $100 per mouse for Pocket Pet vets and $275 for Exotic vets.
If you don't want to neuter them. It is in their best interest to permanently separate them. You can buy or make a snuggle toy so they have something to sleep with. I made my boys mini mousie body pillows out of a fleece material. I filled them with bedding.
I hope I gave you some ideas. Good luck!

Neutering and then giving a female colony is a great idea if they’re young enough and you can find a doctor. I did this with a couple of boys born here and it worked very well.
If you do a split cage make sure there’s no way for them to actually reach each other, as I’ve had a male attack another male’s tail when it poked through the bars of their individual cages. The victim ended up with a stub of a tail after chewing the exposed bone off.
It’s so hard to separate them when they seem to like each other, but it really is in their best interest to have their own space. Given enough time with you and plenty to do at home, they’ll adjust just fine to each being their own King.
