If you don't wanna use a dustpan, just scoop out all the old litter into a trash bag by hand and then use a vacuum to suck out anything that remains.

Hmmm. I'll see if I can get one. I do like the idea of a bin cage. I did DIY for the rabbit cages, I imagine it'd be easier for mice if anything. Thanks for your input!
