How to change profile Picture?

Hi everyone,
May be a stupid question but can someone show me how to change my profile picture in the settings?? Thanks in advance!

You click on "Profile" in the menu, and then the "Avatar" tab. Then you should see this page, and you can choose how you want to upload it from there:
