Need clarification on a the safety of a few treats.

I got a box of goodies from Brown's brand, and I need to make sure everything is safe for my mice, (And my hammy, if anyone happens to know a lot about hamsters!).
So firstly, these:

The raisins are questionable but everything else looks fine to me, nothing harmful. I know the middle one mentions orange juice and lemon juice but since it's not straight and probably just used to prevent the fruit from browning during drying, I really don't think it's an issue.

You'll need to pick out the sunflower seeds in the select seed mix. I used to buy that but now i just but plain unsalted in shell pumpkin seeds at the store since those were their favorite anyway. The other thing they loved was the cantaloupe seeds but there were barely any in there, so now i just make my own when cantaloupe goes on sale. Plus i like to the fruit, so win win.

May I ask.. Why pick out the sunflower seeds? I just gave them some already 
I do give them sunflower seeds occasionally, is there anything wrong with that? I thought they were just supposed to be given in moderation because some mice were allergic, but I've never noticed any problems.

Personally, I don't avoid them. I just keep it in moderation. Of course watch for allergies.

Cute video. Looks like they prefer pumpkin seeds over most of the others in the mixes. They're always snatched up quick here too. Was this a sample thing sent out or a gift?

Thank you! Yes, they love pumpkin seeds! My hamster likes them too. I sent them photos of my mice and they gave me some treats, since I was the only one who submitted any. They were encouraging everyone to, but I ended up being the only one who submitted any photos. I was only expecting "a" treat, but I got more than that! i have had so much trouble with skin/ocd issues....i don't mess around with potential allergens. I always take out peanuts and stripped seeds. But i replace them with black oil sunflower seeds and other nuts like pecans/walnuts. I think it's the best way but its not feasable everyone!
