Mouse taming
Hello people. So yesterday I adopt my first rodent which is a fancy male mouse, he’s still very shy, I’ve provided plenty of places to hide so he feels secure. I just want to know how to approach him, what to do for him to get to know me, he isn’t an adult I can tell because he is little. I got him at Petsmart, but I builded my own Bin Cages. Please help.

Re: Mouse taming
My number one tip for taming is patience and respecting your mouse! Pet Mouse Fanciers has a good information sticky about taming, check it out here:

Update* He got in my hand because I had peanut butter on it. He is looking every where for my finger with PB, but kinda scared if he’s gonna bite me thinking its food lol.
