Unsweetened Almond Milk / Coconut Milk

Do you think giving a small amount of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk on occasion would be safe for mouse consumption? I'm on the fence but it theory I would think using in moderation shouldn't cause any issues - but of course, I want to hear other people's opinions first. If I were to use it I would either put a bit in a small saucer or freeze it into ice-treats for a fun enrichment item.

Unsweetened AlmondMilk ingredients:

ALMONDMILK (FILTERED WATER, ALMONDS), CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: VITAMIN & MINERAL BLEND (CALCIUM CARBONATE, VITAMIN E ACETATE, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, VITAMIN D2), SEA SALT, NATURAL FLAVOR, LOCUST BEAN GUM, GELLAN GUM, ASCORBIC ACID (TO PROTECT FRESHNESS)

Unsweetened CoconutMilk ingredients:
(OR I may just break open a coconut myself)

INGREDIENTS: Coconutmilk (Filtered Water, Coconut Cream), Contains 2% or less of: Vitamin and Mineral Blend (Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D2), Sea Salt, Natural Flavor, Sunflower Lecithin, Locust Bean Gum, Gellan Gum.
