Is Hevea Wood Safe? Empty Is Hevea Wood Safe?

Prevue makes some of their products (like the cocohut hideaway) out of hevea wood, which I've never heard of. I can't find any info about whether it is a safe wood for mice/rats.

Does anyone know?

Yes it’s perfectly safe. Hevea = rubberwood.
